In October of 2000, the Witts bought Gregory Lumber in Gregory, South Dakota. Their son, Bryan Witt, was hired as manager. 
In 2005, Gregory Building Center added rentals to their offering. Since then, the rental inventory has been expanding each year to accommodate customers' needs.
